Update: the company gave me a refund and I got the correct size on the next purchase. When the size is right, is super cute. a U.S.-small is the right size for a women size 32 c w/a 29 "waist, 120 lbs, 5 ' 4. I think I should clarify a bit the size. I ordered a "small" us, what I received says little about a change by hanging, but sales on the dress tag indicates clearly "US-XS". the fit of this clearly a size smaller than I ordered the dress was skin tight to the point of absurdity, like my husband but I struggle to breathe and panty lines are definitely a concern with this narrow of a dress. I think if I had received an appropriate size, had a much more positive experience with this dress
